TIPS has an immediate opening for the position of Director of Student Recruitment. The
position is temporary with the possibility of becoming a long-term contract.
The successful candidate must be familiar with the Tri-State area, be self-motivated, sales
oriented, outgoing, and energetic person who demonstrates initiative, creativity, and ability to
work well independently and in a team.
The successful candidate will travel to various regions and present informational programs and
attend fairs, develop and manage relationships with school personnel, identify and recruit
applicants, and manage, evaluates, and implements outreach and recruitment programs.
This position requires an ability to effectively work with prospective students. Hours include
evenings and weekends. Successful candidate will work with some leads provided
by TIPS and expected to develop own leads. High level of integrity required. Must have strong work
ethic and desire to succeed.
